About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of nurses
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualification
- Valid NMC Pin
