Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Lead - Registered Nurse

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk

Salary: Up to £21.75 per hour (Up to £54,288 per annum) + paid breaks

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of nurses
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualification
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
