Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Legal in Aberdeen. This role has become available due to an increase in workload, and we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient Solicitor with any level of Private Client experience to work as part of our Private Client department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling all manner of Private Client transactions, including Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney, Tax and Wealth Planning, and Asset Protection.
  • Providing excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to function well under pressure.
  • Working with Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Private Client Solicitor qualified in Scots Law.
  • A kind and understanding disposition, excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to function well under pressure.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems.
