Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest level of print quality and output, including setup and adjustment of colour.
  • Maintain equipment to the highest standard, ensuring optimum performance and a clean and organized working environment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with the print room team to continuously improve process efficiency, reducing waste and unnecessary costs.
  • Participate in staff training and development, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and communicate efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and/or a shift system, as required by production demand.
