The Role

Fisher German is seeking a highly skilled Lease Advisory Surveyor to join our Commercial Transactional team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial property matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, dispute resolution, and lease regears.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service to a diverse range of clients.
  • Advise on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears, dispute resolution, and lease advice in sale and leaseback transactions.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with private and corporate clients, and professional contacts.
  • Stay up-to-date on all issues affecting commercial landlord and tenant matters.
  • Manage a caseload of commercial properties, including industrial, retail, and office properties.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports on commercial property matters.
  • Monitor service objectives and standards within the team and provide support to colleagues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Lease Advisory services.
  • MRICS/FRICS qualified.
  • Ability to manage, develop, and motivate team members.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High awareness and concern for customer service requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and within specific agreed fees.
