Job Description

TPF Recruitment is pleased to represent a reputable independent accounting firm located in the South-East region. Our client is renowned for providing comprehensive accounting, audit, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. They are dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with audits, including planning and field work.
  • General bookkeeping duties and preparation of VAT returns.
  • Preparation of management accounts.
  • Preparation of forecasts and reporting.
  • Preparation of year-end statutory accounts.
  • Preparation of personal and corporation tax returns for individuals and companies.
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 12 months experience and studying towards ACCA or ACA.
  • A practical audit and accounts experience gained from an accountancy practice.
  • A knowledge of various software packages.
  • Strong communication and team working skills.
  • Experience in direct contact with clients would be preferred.
