About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Churchill Medical Centre. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our experienced healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the nursing team in providing efficient and effective care to patients
  • Ensure the smooth operation of treatment rooms and maintain adequate clinical stock levels
  • Undertake health promotion activities as directed by the nurse manager
  • Work alongside a practice nurse assisting in chronic disease management clinics
  • Ensure effective communication with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • GCSE level maths and English or equivalent
  • Previous experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or healthcare support
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
