Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of equipment produced by our company in our factory.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Attend regular training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment and industry developments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to sustain our company's reputation and drive future growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the door industry, with a strong background in field service engineering.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of roller shutters, sectional doors, and other door types.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £34,000+ (£49K OTE) in the first year.

  • A £80 standby fee and per call-out payment every 4th week.
