Pharmacist Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy team and oversee the running of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services in speciality areas
  • Assist with department-wide education and training
  • Participate in staff performance reviews and management of pharmacy staff
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Substantial experience in hospital clinical pharmacy
  • Experience in supervising others or managing teams necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
