Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of renewable electrical installations, ensuring systems are designed, installed, and certified to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project managers, qualified supervisors, and manage submissions to the Distribution Network Operator (DNO)
- Develop and implement electrical installation strategies to meet client needs and company objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and high-quality results
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to electrical installations and EV charging systems
Requirements:
- Time-served electrician with a strong background in electrical installations and EV charging systems
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing electrical projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to sites from time to time, with the option to operate remotely
