**Job Summary**
HomeServe EMEA is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Reporting and Control to join our Consumer Finance team. This is a brand-new role that will be based out of our office with occasional travel to our headquarters.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the finances of our businesses are well controlled and compliant with Group policies.
- Oversee all internal and external financial reporting, ensuring it is timely, accurate, and well documented.
- Work closely with the Consumer Finance team and the HomeServe Group Finance team to achieve financial goals.
- Support and develop the Financial Analyst role, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
**Requirements**
- Qualified accountant with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience working within a large Group with established monthly financial reporting processes.
- Proficiency in using the Oracle suite of consolidation tools (FCCS).
- Strong understanding of financial controls and a desire to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during month-end processes and quarterly/annual reporting periods.
- Strong communication skills with other finance professionals and the ability to understand Group reporting critical constraints.
