Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Derventiouk Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for operating a Bendi Flexi Forklift to move, stack, and organize products and materials within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Bendi Flexi Forklift to move, stack, and organize products and materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and ensure safe placement in the correct storage areas.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Carry out daily safety checks on the forklift and other equipment, reporting any issues or faults.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
- Support the wider warehouse team in meeting daily targets and maintaining high operational standards.
Requirements:
- In-date RTITB or ITSSAR Bendi Flexi Forklift Licence is essential.
- Proven experience operating a Bendi Flexi Forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to commit to a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
