We are seeking skilled shuttering labourers/strikers to work on a construction project in Aldermaston. The role involves constructing and dismantling formwork for concrete structures, ensuring safety and precision in all tasks.

• Construct and install formwork to support concrete structures
• Dismantle formwork once concrete has set
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and health and safety regulations are complied with
• Collaborate with other construction workers to achieve project goals
• Operate hand and power tools required for formwork construction

• Previous experience in shuttering or formwork is required
• Good physical condition is necessary due to the physically demanding nature of the job
• A valid Green CSCS card is required
• A DBS check must be passed
