About the Role

This is a pivotal position in our organisation, where you will play a key role in supporting the timely delivery of data and insights to our Operational Contact Centre and its supporting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead a team of data analysts, creating, maintaining, and improving data processes and reporting while interfacing with senior business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure the right information and insights are provided to the right colleagues at the right time to optimise decision-making.
  • Continuously improve data processes and reporting to increase stability and accuracy, leading to future success.
Requirements
  • Proficient knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Previous experience working in a data-driven environment, with excellent management and influencing skills to drive the use of data for business insight and action.
  • An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience line managing a team is desirable, although not essential if you can demonstrate an aptitude to manage a team.
  • Some knowledge of ETL processes, data engineering principles, and cloud data infrastructure would be preferable.
  • Some knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, Azure DevOps, and Agile would be preferable.
  • A degree in an analytical field or proven experience, such as Science, Maths disciplines, with experience with databases, data analysis, and reporting.
What We Offer
  • A salary between £44,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on skills and previous experience.
  • 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with length of service, plus bank holidays.
  • Contributory pension, Defined Contribution, maximum of 12% - 2x employee contribution.
