Revit Modeler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler to join our team at Belcan Technical Recruiting (UK) Ltd. As a Revit Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and editing building information models using Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit building information models using Autodesk Revit
• Ensure that all new or modified information is transmitted to the appropriate Construction Data Environment (CDE) and visible to the end user
• Responsible for surveying when required to validate existing or newly acquired information and creating content that adheres to company standards
• Populate and maintain Building Information Models (BIMs) using Revit
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date BIMs

Requirements:

• Experience with Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Understanding of ISO 19650 Suite and modeling best practices
• Experience with Navisworks clash detection and model coordination
• Knowledge of COBie, AutoCAD, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering
