The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with expertise in finance and insurance management within the motor trade industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Controlling the provision of finance within the sales department
  • Mentoring sales staff to achieve finance targets and add-on product penetration
  • Ensuring customers are treated with respect, integrity, and professionalism
  • Maintaining finance records for the dealership and finance companies
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA processes

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary and OTE of 60,000, plus a company car and other benefits.
