About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply best practice to our commercial processes to maximize returns in terms of profit.
  • Identify and drive out redundant costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Support the preparation and closure of monthly invoices, including variations, claims, and disputes.
  • Develop project financial forecasts, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Provide commercial advice on costs and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
