**About the Role**

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to lead a talented team of content managers in building and delivering engaging content strategies for a leading drinks business based in Chesterfield.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute content plans that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
* Collaborate with the content team to create and curate high-quality content across social media, website, and email channels
* Manage and inspire a team of content managers to deliver exceptional results
* Lead weekly content team meetings to share best practices and trending content themes
* Work with 3rd party suppliers and influencers to ensure a flow of effective and engaging content
* Measure and report on content performance to inform future strategy

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a strategic content role, either in-house or agency-side
