Job Opportunity

Buckden Partners is seeking a skilled professional to join their Corporate Finance team as a Hedging & Risk Advisory Associate. This role will involve supporting the deal execution, derivative structuring, and delivering research & presentations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver corporate finance advice to clients, including derivatives, valuations, and financing structures.
  • Contribute to the Risk Advisory deal team by providing analysis, report writing, and documentation distillation.
  • Support business development and execution of hedging mandates.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a dealing/hedging advisory/corporate finance or similar role, with some experience of advising or lending.
  • Demonstratable experience in executing and understanding various derivative products and transactions (IR, inflation, Commods).
  • Experience in building and/or deep analysis of financial models to accurately reflect underlying documentation and deal commercials.
