Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications across a range of financial products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Submit transaction and trade requests, including fund switches on and off platform, to meet client needs.
  • Obtain illustrations and product literature to support client decision-making.
  • Acquire client portfolio valuations to inform investment strategies.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare annual review packs for client meetings, ensuring a professional and comprehensive service.
  • Act as a key point of contact for financial planners and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Action LOAs (Letters of Authority) to facilitate client transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client financial situations, ensuring compliance and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing or training junior team members (desirable).
  • IFA/financial planning administration experience (essential).
  • Experience of using Intelligent Office (desirable).
  • Knowledge of provider platforms.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
