About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Safeguarding and Welfare Officer to join our team at Serenity Education Group in Maidstone, Kent.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective safeguarding procedures are in place and implemented in school.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the link between the school and the Serenity Education Group, ensuring a coherent approach to safeguarding issues.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of safeguarding procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure effective safeguarding practices are in place.
