About the Role:

This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Learning:
    • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, ensuring they meet their academic potential.
    • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods and resources.

    • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Professional Development:

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Good basic general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
    • A Degree or professional qualification relevant to the role.
    • Teaching Qualification.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in teaching and learning, preferably in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
