About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and beauty treatments to customers, ensuring a seamless in-store experience.
  • Offer a range of beauty treatments, including nails, threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, lash extensions, and piercing.
  • Upsell services and products to customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.

About You

  • You possess a NVQ 2 in beauty therapy or equivalent.
  • You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • You are confident in approaching customers and upselling services and products.
  • You are passionate about all things beauty and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
