Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational educator to join our Motor Vehicle team at Sparsholt. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching both theoretical and practical aspects of the Motor Vehicle Studies curriculum from Level 1 to 3 and apprenticeships at both Level 2 and 3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and workshops
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and curriculum requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualifications and a recognized teaching qualification
  • Experience in teaching and assessing students in a vocational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting
