We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Fitter to join our team at Ashton Recruitment.

Job Summary:

As a Trainee Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting agricultural and industrial trailers, assembling trailers post-painting with electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fitting and assembling trailers to meet high-quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with strict health and safety procedures
  • Working collaboratively with the production team to achieve production goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, but full training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
