Subsidence Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, Engineer, or Builder to join our team at Exchange Street Executive Search. As a Subsidence Surveyor, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of subsidence-related losses for domestic, high net worth, and commercial properties.

• Diagnose causation and manage the mitigation and repairs of properties
• Conduct site visits and provide expert advice to clients
• Work closely with our back office team to manage administrative tasks
