Job Title: SEN Practitioner/Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Practitioner/Educator to join our team at Personal SEN Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialist teaching to young children with SEN aged 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialist teaching to young children with SEN aged 5 years
  • Work collaboratively with the client and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide support and guidance to children with SEN to help them reach their full potential
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to support children with SEN in a mainstream school setting
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Strong knowledge of SEN and its impact on children's learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
