We are seeking experienced SEND Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Haverhill.
About the Role:As a SEND Tutor, you will work closely with our team to provide tailored support to students with a range of complex needs, including SEMH, ASC, MLD, and SpLD.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one tuition in core subjects (Math, English, Science) to students with SEND
- Plan and deliver engaging and holistic sessions that meet each student's individual needs
- Complete weekly and termly reports and provide feedback on student progress
- Background teaching in English, Maths, Science, or SEN classes (KS1-KS5)
- QTS status (or equivalent) or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects
- Experience working with ASD, EBD, SEMH, and associated complex needs
- Two years' previous experience working within a UK school
