G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Fixed Costs Draftsperson to join its team in Liverpool. As part of the Technical Costs Team, you will review fixed costs files, consider and make offers, negotiate settlement, prepare costs schedules, negotiate costs, and prepare applications.

This role is ideal for an experienced Costs Draftsperson who can manage their own caseload effectively and is looking for a new opportunity that will give them exposure to a variety of high-value cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate fixed costs
  • Draft Costs Schedules, Part 23 Applications, and Part 8 Proceedings
  • Formulate written costs arguments to maximize recovery of the firm's costs
  • Prepare bundles and instruct Counsel to attend costs hearings
  • Liaise with fee earners and management
  • Provide assistance to other team members as needed
