Role Responsibilities:
This position is distinct from traditional customer support roles, emphasizing analytical problem-solving and the ongoing enhancement of the application portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the major incident review process
  • Identifying root causes of incidents

Technical Environment:
