About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Analyst to join our team at Amoria Bond. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in projects within the company, working closely with the manufacturing engineering team, and supporting different manufacturing IT software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of technical specifications for programs and configurations.
  • Assist in technical analysis of potential solutions, evaluating the technical fit and viability of commercial-off-the-shelf products versus custom-built solutions.
  • Participate in formal design reviews and code reviews to ensure detailed design specifications have been understood and coding standards have been adhered to.
  • Contribute to the creation of standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines for the IT design and development community.
  • Analyse and revise existing systems and documentation to identify remediation or improvements.
  • Provide level 3 support for critical issues.
  • Work closely with IT technical service providers to ensure outsourced work packages are delivered to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Ideal experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Oracle.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
