About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Systems Specialist to join our team at Morgan Law. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems that drive efficient and effective procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the review and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and value for money.
  • Develop and maintain strategic procurement systems, including planning, pipeline management, contract management, and e-tendering systems.
  • Produce reports on procurement, purchasing, and contract management performance across the organization.
  • Support the measurement of contract manager performance against agreed standards.
  • Manage a network of contract managers to share best practices and address issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement systems and policy development.
  • Working knowledge of P2P and strategic procurement systems functionality.
  • Experience in change management and project management within a system development and implementation context.
  • Public sector procurement experience is highly desirable.
