We are seeking an outstanding Academic Mentor to join our team at Plumstead Manor School. As an Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in promoting high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement among our students.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of a tailored curriculum that meets the needs of vulnerable learners, as well as help to deliver a suite of graduated 'early help' interventions to address social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with best practice in teaching students with specific learning and special educational needs, or who pose behavioural challenges. They will also be able to liaise with a range of staff across the school and disseminate best practice to them.
