About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Manchester Digital, a leading software development house. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our air conditioning product, working closely with our software delivery engineering team to deliver high-value products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our air conditioning product, working closely with the software delivery engineering team
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Work with our development teams to build and maintain our API suite, Apache Camel Middleware, and other technologies
  • Identify new innovative products that deliver value outcomes for both CDL and our clients

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering product-led development in an Agile environment
  • Experience in a similar role working as a Product Owner/Manager within a software delivery and agile environment
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions such as AWS
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working with cloud-based solutions in a Software as a Service environment
  • Excellent self-organiser and experience in getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
