Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support the full cycle delivery of our digital media campaigns, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Support the Accounts Team Lead and Director of Business Development by coordinating advertising campaigns and managing client relationships.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Delivery
    • Support clients through each stage of the account management process, from campaign launches to progress checks and reports.
    • Manage coordination with our digital, editorial, and creative teams to deliver content and hit our KPIs for each campaign.
  • Account Growth
    • Progress to 'full cycle' account management, running partnership review meetings with clients to retain business for the company.
    • Provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client calls.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform regular account administration duties, including launching campaign assets and ad campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Phone/video call based client service experience from a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Strong organisational and time management skills to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to handle multiple accounts while ensuring client satisfaction in a target-oriented environment.
  • Education
    • A background in a sales or account management role is preferable.
