We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Office Manager to join our team at Agility Resoucing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and taking ownership of the Finance function, ensuring accurate completion of period-end processes, and providing analysis and reporting on business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Finance function and take responsibility for accurate completion of period-end processes
- Reconcile and investigate balance sheet accounts, including analysis and reporting on business performance
- Assist with updating of monthly management accounts spreadsheet and distribute to Directors for review
- Create the monthly management pack including P&L, Balance sheet, Budget
- Prepare year-end journals, reports, and send Sage data to Auditors as required
- Manage and complete VAT returns
- Manage sales and purchase ledger functions
- Banking and company credit cards
- Payroll
- Reconcile bank accounts and post all bank receipts and payments
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in leading a finance team and managing financial processes. They will be highly organized, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
