Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with leads to optimize business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales pitches and tours of our show homes and developments.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.

  • Effectively manage appointments with pre-booked customers to ensure seamless sales experiences.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of our developments and plots available to ensure customers are given every opportunity to purchase a new home.
  • Proactively manage and follow the sales process and customer journey as per our company procedures.
  • Implement our continuous drive to deliver exceptional customer service by advocating the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Evaluate each sale to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are recorded on our CRM system and in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Deal with customers in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring they are kept fully informed of the progress of their purchase.
  • Respond to cancellations and make every effort to 'save' the sale, renegotiating the reservation as necessary.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of relevant purchase assistance schemes and alternative developments.
  • Conduct competitor analysis as determined by the Sales Manager.
  • Perform daily tasks required for your development, taking responsibility for company property and equipment across each site within the specified sales hub.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
  • A Levels in any discipline.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, delivering under pressure.
  • Experience generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven track record of exceptional sales.
  • Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing the sales process with customers.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
  • An interest in property and the housing market.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and hours worked.
  • Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
  • Willingness to work weekends.
  • Willingness to travel to all sales sites, including regional offices.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A friendly, trustworthy, and professional attitude.
