About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Consultant to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a Credit Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for working with leading financial institutions to develop and implement risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end IRB models for credit risk assessment
  • Advise clients on local and international regulations in financial services
  • Set risk appetites and work on risk-limiting projects
  • Conduct stress testing and develop ICCAP/ILAAP models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in financial modelling
  • Hands-on experience in wholesale IRB credit risk modelling
  • Proficiency in SAS, Python, R, or Matlab
  • Experience in ICAAP/ILAAP is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerate degree from a reputable university
