The Role:

As an Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in our clients' achievements. We seek passionate, detail-oriented individuals with a strong research inclination to assist us in evaluating the practices and policies of some of the Best WorkplacesTM in the UK. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your qualitative analysis skills while gaining practical experience. You will collaborate with some of the UK's most innovative organizations, and the results of our evaluations and the Best Workplaces List rankings will be published both nationally and internationally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative evaluations of client documentation related to people and HR programs submitted as part of their participation in the Best WorkplacesTM Programme.
  • Ensure calibration of results across the Evaluator Team.
  • Perform data input and quality assurance checks.
  • Extract and assess information for marketing purposes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the List Manager and the broader team.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A genuine interest in HR, organizational psychology, and employee research.
  • Ability to recognize common HR practices and policies and leverage your experience to evaluate the distinction between 'good' and 'great'.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus while handling substantial data volumes.
  • Skill in summarizing qualitative information succinctly.
  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient written English skills.
  • Able to provide and receive constructive feedback in both group settings and one-on-one interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling meaningful and professional engagement with clients.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or higher in HR, organizational psychology, or employee research (business studies also considered).
  • Experience in HR consultancy, client-side HR, or research roles.
