Offshore HSEA Supervisor

At NES Fircroft, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore HSEA to join our team. As an Offshore HSEA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of our offshore projects and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Supervise and oversee projects contractors to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
• Provide health, safety, and environmental oversight to decommissioning operations.
• Act as the point of contact for all HSE issues and support for the decommissioning removal operation.
• Implement the 'Stop the Job' policy when necessary.
• Support safety meetings to ensure key HSE issues are communicated.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Common Operations Notification (CON) and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) Matrix.
• Document custodian and maintain technical accuracy of specific controlled documents.

• Offshore Survival to OGUK Standard or recognised equivalent.
• Good knowledge of external regulations, approved codes of practice, and all areas of HSE work on the platform.
• Experience of heavy lifts or similar construction-related offshore activities.
• Previous offshore experience with a multi-disciplinary contract company.
• NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate (Diploma Preferred).
• Occupational Hygiene Qualifications (Core modules in Asbestos, COSHH, Noise, Vibration), preferred but not essential.

• Offshore position operating on a 2-week on 2-weeks off shift rotation, 12-hour shifts.
• Working across various platforms in the UK Northern Sea.
• Mobilising from Norwich.
• Mileage for mobilising travel both ways or economy travel and accommodation.
