We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Frimley store, a key location for BODYPOWER SPORTS LTD. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain a high level of operational efficiency, ensuring that all store processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Store Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £34,000 per annum, with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme.
  • Flexible Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with a rolling rota that includes alternate weekends and bank holidays.
