Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Provisioning Coordinator to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation and provisioning of our telecommunications services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure timely completion and meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and suppliers to resolve queries, amendments, and issues.
  • Order Processing: Accurately input order details onto all systems and coordinate jobs to arrange engineer visits.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical advice and guidance to customers, business partners, and internal staff.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
  • Qualifications and Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, ability to manage own workload, and previous experience with Microsoft packages.
