Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our Endoscopy Division at Stryker Group. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals and surgeons.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons and healthcare professionals, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the use and benefits of our Endoscopy products.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Endoscopy.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
- Comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments.
- Experience with sales CRM systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Capital sales experience is a plus.
