About the Role:

The Installation Manager will be responsible for managing and scheduling labor for all pre-builds, installations, and dismantles. This will involve managing a team of installation technicians, ensuring they are working efficiently, and managing a fleet of vehicles. The Installation Manager will also be responsible for liaising with various departments, including warehouse management, production, and project management, to ensure smooth job execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and schedule labor for all pre-builds, installations, and dismantles.
  2. Manage installation technicians, ensuring they are working efficiently.
  3. Manage a fleet of vehicles, including arranging additional vehicle hire if required.
  4. Liaise with warehouse management, production, and project management to ensure smooth job execution.
  5. Liaise with project management to ensure installation technicians have all necessary information to complete jobs to the highest standard.
  6. Occasionally liaise with customers directly during the pre-build sign-off stage and installation process.
  7. Ensure installation technicians comply with company health and safety policies and procedures.
  8. Implement a continuous improvement culture within existing installation service levels, including conducting regular 1-2-1s, appraisals, and reviews of KPIs.
