Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Glasgow Braehead. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our Italian dining experience.
The Role:
- Lead and motivate our waiting staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist in the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Work closely with our management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all staff and customers
