We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator and Billing Specialist to join our team at Empower Digital Limited. As an Estimator and Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing process, while also providing excellent customer service and maintaining a strong working relationship with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze job costs to ensure accuracy and compliance with our Schedule of Rates (SoR)
  • Prepare and issue quotations for private domestic works, including plumbing, heating, and electrical services
  • Manage and maintain our job management system, simPRO, to ensure all tasks are recorded and up-to-date
  • Provide excellent customer service, including attending regular customer meetings to discuss job progress and costs
  • Work collaboratively with our team of engineers, supervisors, and managers to achieve common objectives
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of SoRs, such as the M3NHF (National Housing Federation) SoR or similar
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and self-motivated attitude
