The Role of Head of Engineering Operations
Our property maintenance team is dedicated to ensuring that everything operates seamlessly, delivering experiences that exceed expectations and creating memorable moments for our guests.
This role encompasses much more than routine maintenance tasks:
- As a Head of Engineering Operations, you will lead our property maintenance team, setting an example as a master multitasker and a proactive problem-solver, equipped with the tools necessary to maintain our hotels in pristine condition.
- As a vital member of the management team, you will work proactively to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and oversee the efficient operation of the property maintenance department.
