We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at Just Recruitment Solutions Limited.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide professional support to our corporate reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial information is produced. This role involves working closely with the accounting function to improve the quality and timeliness of information produced.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the accounting function in maintaining satisfactory controls in all business processes.
- Assist in ensuring all accounting and reporting deadlines are met.
- Produce timely and accurate financial information in accordance with stated policies and procedures.
- Provide general administration support to the Head Office.
- Develop understanding of motor industry and dealership accounting.
- Operate in a confidential manner at all times.
- Ensure Group Accounting Policies and business procedures are adhered to.
- Assist in the implementation and development of systems and controls.
- Prepare management accounts and financial information for the dealerships.
- Data input and processing for purchase ledger, sales ledger, and cashiering.
- Reconcile basic balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Maintain an efficient working environment.
- Carry out ad-hoc project work as requested.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You will also need to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, with experience in data input and processing.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for this role.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
