Job Title: Deputy Site Manager

APCO Technologies SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Site Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, including erection, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of polar cranes designed and manufactured by APCO Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site activities to ensure safe and efficient installation of polar cranes.
  • Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality and compliance with project management instructions.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address technical topics.
  • Supervise subcontractors and maintain regular contact with the technical support team.
Requirements:
  • 10 years' experience in machinery industry and on-site activities.
  • Mechanics/Electromechanics degree or engineering degree.
  • Ability to read technical drawings (mechanical/electrical).
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Fast-thinking and adaptability.
  • Attention to safety, detail, and quality.
