Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a QA Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting micro testing and foreign body checks to identify and rectify any quality issues
  • Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Collaborating with the technical team to develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with BRC standards and other relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a food industry quality control role, with a strong understanding of BRC standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work a fixed night shift pattern, with a 4 on 4 off rotation
