About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Mental Health Lead / Deputy Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the delivery of care services
  • Take on leadership duties in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Monitor standards through regular audits and supervised clinical practice
  • Develop and deliver strategies to improve care outcomes
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible quality of life for residents

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You will also need experience in helping residents with different health needs, as well as a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
